Wisconsin School Music Association (WSMA), a nonprofit organization based in the Wisconsin Center for Music Education in Waunakee, promotes and supports music education by providing services to schools, students and educators.
WSMA is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Program & Technology Associate. This salaried, full-time position was created to offer friendly and focused service as a point of contact to members and technology support and services for WSMA programs and events. The position is meant to evolve with the needs of members, the organizations, and the position holder. The position requires the ability to respond to a broad spectrum of inquiries and requests.
The ideal candidate will have a shared passion for the mission of our organization, and a positive, ambitious mindset to join and support our team with technology solutions. Ideal candidate will have experience using spreadsheets, databases, Word documents and implementing HTML & CSS coding. Advanced knowledge of various programming languages and Filemaker Pro Software is a plus. Candidate will also have experience with various software, such as Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), Filemaker Pro Databases, Microsoft Office and WordPress Website Builder. Candidate must have the ability to learn new technologies, process information quickly, and adapt to changes in timelines and sequences.
