Instructor: Rachel Pufall
Rachel Pufall is a statewide coach with the Wisconsin Center for Resilient Schools. Prior to that she was a school counselor for almost 15 years. She is a Breathe For Change Wellness Champion, 200-hour certified yoga instructor, and certified Yoga Calm youth instructor.
Rachel is passionate about connecting with people and helping them learn about themselves and the world around them. She has explored and integrated trauma sensitive mindfulness practices into social emotional learning and wellbeing for children and adults.
