Linda Meier began her duties at Wisconsin School Music Association (WSMA), Wisconsin Music Educators Association (WMEA) and Wisconsin Foundation for School Music (WFSM) in the summer of 2010 as a WSMA Field Rep temporary assistant. In January 2013 she was brought on staff as a Program Associate.
Prior to starting her work at WSMA, WMEA and WFSM, Linda served as Instrumental and Vocal/Choral Music Instructor at De Forest High School from 1974 to 1977. In 1977 her teaching responsibilities shifted to all Vocal/Choral Music Education, a position she held until her retirement in 2009. In demand as a Choral Clinician throughout Wisconsin, Linda continues to be an active WSMA Adjudicator for Solo & Ensemble and Concert Festivals. Linda also enjoys singing with the UW- Madison Madrigals.
A graduate of Middleton High School, Linda earned her Bachelor of Music Education degree from Milton College in 1974. Linda has also done graduate work at both Edgewood College and UW-Madison.
