*Richard L. Saucedo retired in 2013 after 31 years leading bands at Carmel High School, where his ensembles earned national recognition and multiple championships. His marching program achieved 17 consecutive top-ten finishes at the Bands of America Grand National Championships, winning titles in 2005 and 2012. He remains active as a composer, arranger, and educational leader in the marching arts.
