This timeline covers all critical dates from the opening of registration in 2025 through the final performances in 2026. Attendance at the June camp and the October rehearsals/concerts is mandatory for all selected participants.
Fall 2025: Audition & Acceptance

Spring & Summer 2026: Auditions, Acceptance, and Camp

| April 15 | Acceptance Contracts & Tuition Due | Deadline for all paperwork and tuition payments. |
| June 20–23 | Honors Camp 1: Band, Mixed Choir & Jazz Ensemble | Mandatory Attendance for participation in the October concert. |
| June 24–27 | Honors Camp 2: Orchestra and Treble Choir | Mandatory Attendance for participation in the October concert. |
