November 1 – Online audition registration opens for the 2025 High School State Honors Music Project
December 6 – Online registration closes at 11:59 P.M. Late applications will not be accepted

February 1 – Auditions – Appleton, Eau Claire, Middleton and Waukesha
February 8 – Auditions – Milwaukee, La Crosse and Stevens Point
Late March – Students receive audition results letter
April 15 – Acceptance contracts and tuition payments due
June 14 – 17 – Orchestra, Treble Choir & Jazz Ensemble Camp (Camp attendance is mandatory for participation in October)
June 18 – 21 – Band and Mixed Choir Camp (Camp attendance is mandatory for participation in October)
October 29-30 – Rehearsals for October Concert (Band/Orchestra rehearsals begin early afternoon and Choirs begin late afternoon)
October 30 – 4:30 p.m. Band & Orchestra Concert and 8:00 p.m. Mixed & Treble Choir Concert
October 30-31 – Rehearsal for October Concert (Jazz Ensemble rehearsal begins midmorning)
October 31 – 11:30 a.m. Jazz Ensemble Concert
