Looking to connect with colleagues, reflect on your teaching to date and recharge your batteries for second semester? Our Comprehensive Musicianship through Performance (CMP) Winter Workshop is just for YOU!
Excellent mentor facilitators, inviting space and incredible colleagues await you to bring reflective joy into your next few months with students. Participants will explore the points of the model (selection, analysis, strategies, outcomes, and/or assessment) and come together in community.
Teachers of all kinds are welcome! Studio teachers, elementary and secondary general music teachers, band, choir and orchestra teachers…CMP can be used in any music teaching situation.
This professional development is designed to give autonomy and agency to music teachers to use the CMP model as it best meets the current needs of their students. The goal is to empower teachers to be their own spokesperson for CMP in their teaching spaces.
Dates and Times: Friday, January 24, 2025, 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, January 25, 2025, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Cancellation Refund Policy:
A full refund minus $20.00 processing fee will be granted if notification of cancellation is received at learning@wsmamusic.org ten or more days before workshop offering. After that, no refund will be given.
