Adjudicator Availability for 2024-25 Festival Season – Opens October 1, 2024
To ensure consideration in the first round of festival contracts, please submit the availability form by November 1. The availability form can still be submitted after that date as we fill second round contracts throughout the festival season.
NOTE: This form can only be submitted once and works best on a desktop or laptop computer using Google Chrome or Firefox as a browser.
Your adjudicator number is included in the October 1 availability email and listed in your Account Portal profile under “My personal information” (click on the pencil and scroll to the bottom of the page).
Map codes are included on the availability form to help you find the location of each festival. Use the Wisconsin map when searching for locations. The numbers are listed on the left sides and the letters are listed on the top. Reminder: We only contract within at 70 mile radius from your home address for district festivals.
